Comments: Clean no writing, firm binding, does have a water stain along the open edge that has effected some of the back pages and a bit of the cover, mostly shows a crinkle, but the last several pages do show a light coloration on the lower portion. Binding is firm and has some shelfwear to edges and corners. Overall a nice book. All items ship from a smoke-free home.
