The last blank page is removed, no effect on the read of the book. Has library name stamp at the upper open edge. Overall nice book and pages, no additional markings, shelfwear to edges and corners the mylar covering has done a good job protecting the dj with just some edge wear. All items ship from a smoke-free home.
